The 21 Adventure Cards guide children through every stage of their Eating Explorer journey, with 7 cards dedicated to grocery shopping, 7 to meal preparation, and 7 to mealtime exploration. Each card features a unique Explorer Challenge designed to transform everyday food experiences into exciting adventures that build confidence, curiosity, and positive food memories.

Shopping Scavenger Hunt Adventure Cards (7 Cards)
The journey begins at the grocery store, where children become food adventurers on a mission to discover new foods and ingredients. These cards turn shopping into an interactive scavenger hunt with challenges such as finding fruits and vegetables in different colors, choosing foods with interesting textures, or using Explorer Tools to interact with produce. 

Meal Prep Helper Adventure Cards (7 Cards)
Next, children bring their discoveries into the kitchen. These cards encourage kids to become active contributors during meal preparation through hands-on challenges such as serving snacks with food picks, arranging colorful ingredients, creating food art, or helping prepare simple recipes.

Mealtime Explorer Adventure Cards (7 Cards)
The final stage of the journey takes place at the table, where the focus shifts from pressure to play. These cards inspire children to explore food through imagination, storytelling, observation, and sensory experiences. Challenges might include inventing funny names for foods, describing textures and flavors, creating stories about what's on their plate, or using Explorer Tools to interact with food in new ways.
