Eating Explorer is not only a game but also a toolkit that goes beyond traditional methods of helping parents with selctive eating children by embracing the latest insights from psychology, nutrition, and child development to create a holistic approach to food exploration.

Every great adventure begins with the right tools! The Travel Bag holds everything needed for successful food quests, including a magnifying glass, food picks, tongs, and food cutters. These tools encourage hands-on exploration and help make food discovery more engaging, interactive, and fun.

Adventure Cards

The three Adventure Cards guide participants through each step of the Eating Explorer journey. From the Grocery Store Scavenger Hunt, to Meal Preparation, and finally the Eating Explorer mealtime experience, each card provides interactive activities that encourage food exploration.

Food Passport

Use the Food Passport to document the journey and capture each food adventure along the way. This booklet helps organize the foods explored, record taste experiences, and track the Explorer Tokens earned throughout the process.

Explorer Tokens

Each of the seven Explorer Tokens corresponds to an Adventure Card and helps mark progress along the journey. Each token represents a different food-related achievement, such as becoming an Adventurous Eater or earning a Protein Power-Up.
